Shipping Return Policy

At Holy Horsepower, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:

  • To be eligible for a refund, simply return any new or unused part within 90 days of purchase.
  • We will refund the purchase price upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Restrictions

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, unless there is a valid manufacturer's warranty issue. These items include:

  • Any part that shows evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly.
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products.
  • Hazardous materials such as batteries and paint.
  • Videos, software, or other copyrighted material after they have been opened.
  • Wheels and/or tires after they have been mounted.
Packaging

When returning an item, please over-box it with the original packaging used to ship to you. This helps prevent damage to the manufacturer's packaging, ensuring the item remains resalable and eligible for return. If you no longer have the original packaging, the UPS or FedEx store can assist in ensuring your return arrives in resalable condition.

Inspection and Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to inspection. Items that exceed the time limit or show evidence of use may be charged a restocking fee. The restocking fee amount depends on the time of purchase:

  • If the purchase was made between 90 - 180 days ago, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply.
  • Returns will not be accepted for purchases made over 180 days ago.
Shipping Charges

For most returns, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. However, if we were at fault and caused the return, please Contact Us and we will waive the return shipping fee.

Special Offers and Free Parts

If your order included any "special offer" or "free parts," they must also be returned. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your refund equal to the value of these items.

Liability Policy

Holy Horsepower LLC's liability for losses or damages arising out of any cause whatsoever is limited to a full refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part(s). Holy Horsepower LLC shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Please note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.Please note that Scratch and Dent merchandise cannot be returned. THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY OF ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM Holy Horsepower LLC.
